What is an EA in trading?
Expert Advisors (EA) are programmed bots or automated trading bots, which when uploaded into the MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 enable you to engage in Forex trading via automated trading. Each Expert Advisor is unique and built to different preferences.
- What do expert advisors do?
Expert advisor (EA) software lets you take part in the foreign exchange market at any time, even while sleeping. The software can detect trading patterns and execute them based on the instructions you have given. If you are prone to trade when your emotions get the better of you, an EA removes that factor from your trading. If you use an EA, your fears and drive for more profit won’t affect your choices when responding to trading signals; the EA will carry out trades based on your input. It has no fear of loss or profit-making mentality; it only makes the trades for you.
- Can I get My own Customizable EA?
Yes. You can get your own customizable EA only under special order and agreement with the company and our developers will be assigned to your task but at your own cost or agreed budget for the development of the EA.
- Can I stop my EA?
Through a special email indicating the reason to stop your automated trading, yes the technical team can stop your EA and your account removed from the autotrading.
- Can I lose my account?
Not at all, the EA is designed to work in a risk free mode and ensure observing the accounts risk margin percentage hence the funds are safe and risk free.
What if EA is not trading on my accounts?
The Support Team will fix your issue unless the funds are not enough for opening trades.
- Can My Funds be Withdrawn by the EA?
The funds in your account are only accessible through your broker’s account back office where you can only do withdrawals and any fund related activities.
- Can anyone access my trades?
Trades are only accessible through the dedicated server serving your assigned EA.
- How long does it take for the EA to come back online after a delayed payment?
Once your payment is received by the accounting office, the management team will ensure your trading is restored within the shortest time possible. We have the best Team that handles the setting up of servers and trading terminals.
- Why can’t I access the EA myself?
The EA is only accessible by the Support and Technical Team as it has some special features once tampered with that might lead to discontinued trading and the Support Team is not reliable for the issue.
- How do I access my trades?
Some brokers like Avatrade have a special feature on the client app that shows held positions and open trades including the closed in profit positions.
- What do I do when trades are not happening?
In case of a stopped EA or No positions opened then raise a Support Ticket through the Support Site. Click Here
- How is my account monitored?

- How do I access my account’s profits?
All profits made by the EA will reflect on user accounts through the broker involved and can be withdrawn at any given moment by the broker withdrawal methods provided.
- What do I do after making a subscription payment?
After successful subscription on Menos Global Ltd. website and payment, do the following:
- Open a real trading account
- Deposit into your trading account via your registered broker
- Check your used email to acquire trading account credentials
- Provide your trading credentials through the provided email address
